*ELIGIBILITY: Open to anyone who wish to test their proficiency in Korean language
*Documents Required to fill this form:
a.) Valid ID proof: ONLY AADHAR CARD/LETTER (unmasked) or PASSPORT in .jpg format (either document must include your name, date of birth and address) (size 200KB or less)
( *TAKE NOTE : No other type of ID proof is accepted in this center TOPIK registration application form other than AADHAR CARD / LETTER (unmasked) or PASSPORT.
b.) Scroll below to check NIIED circular *(2026 Photo specifications and regulations) . Latest photograph of Applicant in .jpg format of 3cm*4cm size. (of pixel size 354X472 and size 200KB or less ) * The photo must be in colour, clear, and ‘NOT’ with sunglasses, earphone, cap or hat, face should not be covered by hair, photo must NOT be in black and white. The photo angle must be front facing and not from sides. If unusable photo is submitted then your application form shall be rejected.
c.) Signature in .jpg format (size 100KB or less)
d.) Disability certificate in .pdf format (*only for disabled applicants) (size 500KB or less)
Exam Schedule:
Summary of Process, Rules and Regulations :
1. Fill the form correctly and truthfully to avoid rejection and upload clear legible documents. Your name and details in ID proof submitted must match exactly. Do not fill this form more than one time, if filled more than one time by an individual or ID proof mismatch, may lead to disqualification of application. Once application is made to this center, change to any other center (*if available) is NOT ALLOWED. Choose each section option in form correctly for acceptance. Correctly filled forms will be selected on first come first get basis.
2. Group application NOT accepted. Application made on behalf of applicant by others (other than parents) NOT accepted. After the application period is over, no change in level category is accepted or additional time period to apply will be allowed. If less than 10 applicant fill form then TEST will not be conducted.
3. Accepted application forms will receive acceptance mail from ‘topik@indokoreancenter.org’ (*this email is not for making enquiries), *you ‘may’ also receive calls for verification if needed from +91-9890643590 (Admin at this center). Acceptance Email will be sent on or before 2nd February 2026, to successful applications which will include the fee payment details. Check your mail multiple times along with your spam folder. Only after receipt of test fee and fee details upload in the given time period, as mentioned in acceptance mail, the applicant will receive a final confirmation of seat and receipt of payment as mentioned in your acceptance email. *follow us in instagram for notifications, updates, notices.
4. Regulations on Mid-Exam Exit declaration form and Report for cheating candidates applicable as per TOPIK regulations.
5. Test will be conducted OFFLINE at this center.
6. No refund of exam fee once paid.
7. If applicant is found violating the rules, decorum, cheating, misconduct, exam violation of any kind through either conventional, electronic or digital mediums, then will be immediately barred from test center and reported to National Institute for International Education, Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea, as per guidelines of TOPIK exam.
8. This center is monitored through live CCTV and security. Right of entry is reserved by Indo Korean Center Pune. The TOPIK EXAM final entry to exam hall acceptance will need you to carry your original ID proof (Aadhar or Passport) as submitted while filling the application registration form and the TOPIK admit card that you will be able to access if your seat is confirmed. No other ID proof or copies of same will be accepted.

*Registering for the TOPIK exam through this institution form submission shall be considered that the applicant have pledged to abide by all TOPIK guidelines set by National Institute for International Education, Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea, and implementing institution Rules and Regulations, and consent to collect and use of applicant personal information collection including ID card, name, e-mail address, telephone number, gender and date of birth etc and willing to accept phone calls from IKC personnel’s. Applicant registered number may be added in various broadcast lists if required. Applicant should not ‘record or use’ (through any means), any activity inside the exam hall. No electronic device is allowed inside the exam hall, and failing to abide the same may lead to barred from test center and reported to National Institute for International Education, Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea, as per guidelines of TOPIK exam.
